How do I fit it?+
Drop it in hot water for 30 seconds, bite down for another 30, cool it in cold water. Done in about a minute, and you can redo it if it's not right.

Heat it
Drop the guard in hot water for about 30 seconds until it softens.
BITE DOWN GENTLY
